Ravindra Singh leads Delcom Telesystems as Managing Director, overseeing the company's strategic direction, operational execution, and long-term growth. Under his leadership, Delcom has evolved from a traditional telecom service provider into a modern, technology-driven integration firm delivering fiber and IP-based systems, enterprise connectivity, and high-availability networks across India's most demanding environments. His emphasis on governance, technical precision, and sustainable financial management has positioned Delcom as a credible, growth-oriented force in the enterprise infrastructure market.

Director of Finance
Suman Singh leads Delcom's financial strategy, governance, and performance management as Director of Finance. She oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, statutory compliance, and internal controls — ensuring financial discipline across complex, multi-location telecom and infrastructure projects. A key contributor to senior leadership decisions, Ms. Singh is recognized for her analytical rigor, integrity, and her role in strengthening Delcom's reputation as a financially robust and reliable enterprise.

Director of Operations
Hema Kaul brings over 24 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations across the voice and system integration industry. Throughout her career, she has led enterprise technology portfolios — including Avaya solutions — delivering consistent revenue growth through disciplined channel management, strategic product launches, and differentiated brand positioning. At Delcom, Hema also oversees the strategic development of Delcom News, the company's technology media platform, working alongside Editor-in-Chief Vikram Singh to ensure the publication remains a trusted, editorially independent voice for the industry.

Director of Business Development
Ponam Monga is a senior business development leader with over 35 years of experience driving growth across Asia Pacific, CIS, and Africa. Her expertise spans OSS/BSS, Cloud platforms (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), IoT/M2M, enterprise software, value-added services, and data centers. She has built and scaled high-value global accounts, led CXO-level engagement strategies, and closed multi-million-dollar deals across both emerging and mature markets. Ms. Monga currently contributes to Delcom as a Sales and Business Development Consultant, with the goal of leading an independent business unit with full ownership of growth, profitability, and market leadership.

Co-Founder, Delcom News / Chief Platform Architect
Vikram Singh is a journalist, editor, and self-taught web developer whose career spans media, technology, and product development. As co-founder and Chief Platform Architect of Delcom News, he led the platform vision, technical architecture, and editorial distribution strategy for a growing news software platform covering cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and scientific innovation. At Delcom, Vikram bridges the gap between editorial leadership and technical execution, building platforms and narratives that are credible, accessible, and designed for the modern reader.

Head of Sourcing
Neelima Sharma leads procurement and vendor management at Delcom Telesystems as Head of Sourcing. She is responsible for supplier relationships, component sourcing, and supply chain efficiency across all project verticals — ensuring that every deployment is backed by certified, quality-assured hardware and materials delivered on time and within budget.

Head of Projects
Pankaj Singh oversees end-to-end project delivery at Delcom as Head of Projects. He manages cross-functional teams across site survey, installation, commissioning, and handover — ensuring that every project meets its technical specifications, timeline, and quality benchmarks. His field expertise spans power infrastructure, enterprise campuses, and industrial environments across India.
