OUR PHILOSOPHY
Delcom is an in-house engineering organization — not a reseller, not a broker. Our team designs, engineers, deploys, and hands over every project under one roof, with one accountable point of contact. This model has enabled us to successfully complete some of India's most technically demanding infrastructure deployments, including 765 KV transmission substations and HVDC power corridors.
Our workforce of over 40 trained specialists spans project management, field engineering, application development, and enterprise sales. We are ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified, and our EHS policy is not a document — it is the operating standard for every site we enter.

OUR HISTORY
Founded as a partnership firm. Initial focus: enterprise telephony and business communication systems for corporate clients.
Strengthened position as an OEM collaborator, working with major corporate telecom companies to supply high-end solutions. Incorporated as a Private Limited company specializing in end-terminal devices.
Expanded into AV solutions, security systems, voice networking, data infrastructure, and IP surveillance. Established Pan-India deployment capability across manufacturing sectors.
Milestone year: Delcom became an authorized Avaya business partner, marking entry into the enterprise unified communications market.
Became a recognized sub-contractor and solution partner for GE, ABB, L&T, and Siemens on large-scale power infrastructure projects. Registered as a vendor with state electricity boards across India.
Over 40 specialists, 500+ completed projects, recognized across power, manufacturing, education, hospitality, government, and IT verticals as a trusted system integrator.
