S8300 Server
S8300 Media Server The S8300 Server with a G700, G450,G350 or G250 Media Gateway provides a flexible solution for growing companies to streamline voice and data operations over one networked infrastructure. It can be a standalone solution for a small business or a remote edge device for a larger enterprise network with 8 to 450 stations.The S8300 Server resides inside a G700, G450, G350 or G250 Media Gateway. It can be used as a standalone communication system or as a fully survivable remote gateway. The S8300 can be the primary controller for up to 50 remote G250, G350, G450 and G700 Media Gateways. As with the S8400, S8500 and S8700 series Servers, the S8300 supports the Linux operating system and it is powered by Communication Manager. It supports industry standard call control, quality of service, management functions, and IP, digital, and analog endpoints.

New with Release 5.0 is the ability to run both Communication Manager and SIP Enablement Services on the same S8300 Server. This provides a complete, all in one H.323, SIP and TDM solution for small to mid sized businesses and branch locations of larger businesses.

S8800 Server
S8300 Media Server The S8800 series common server is a processing platform that is ready to support Avaya Aura® communications solutions for midsized and large enterprises, today and in the future. The Avaya S8800 Server leverages Intel’s latest Xeon E5500 series (Nehalem) processor technology, and is available in both 1U and 2U form factors. Most Avaya applications will use the S8800 1U server chassis; some applications that require a large number of hard disk drives and/or plug-in cards will use the 2U version of Avaya S8800 Server.

G430 Media Gateway
G430 Media Gateway The Avaya G430 Media Gateway provides a cost effective , scalable, and secure platform for delivery of Avaya Aura® Communication Manager-based IP telephony applications. It is targeted for small to midsize branch offices or medium sized standalone businesses. Like other Avaya GX50 series Media Gateways, it can be configured to extend Communication Manager features and applications to branch offices at the edge of the enterprise network.

G450 Media Gateway
G450 Media Gateway Developed for mid- to large branch offices and medium sized standalone businesses, this gateway can be configured with an S8300 Server blade or S8500 Server to serve standalone or small campus environments. It consists of a 3U high rack-mountable chassis with a field-removable Supervisor Main Board Module, Power Supplies, Fan Tray, DSP resources and memory, along with eight Media Module slots to support T1/E1, ISDN-BRI, WAN interfaces, digital or analog telephones, and analog trunks.

G650 Media Gateway
G450 Media Gateway Designed as the complementary gateway for S8500/S8700/10/20-based media servers, the G650 offers the features, scalability, and system uptime that enterprises require for mission-critical telephony. Its 8U high, 14-slot rack-mountable chassis can accommodate a range of analog, digital, ISDN, and IP (over the LAN) phone station configurations, with voice transport options over IP, analog, TDM, or ATM. G860 Media Gateway Optimized for campuses and large contact centers, the G860 is a high-density trunking gateway that supports up to twelve DS3 interfaces in a single 5U chassis.
